The Melba Spiegeltent
The Melba Spiegeltent is located within the Collingwood Arts Precinct at the home of Circus Oz.
Built in Belgium in 1910, it travelled across Europe and saw numerous performances through its bevelled doors, including Edith Piaf and Kurt Weil. In 2006 it travelled to Australia and was renamed after Australia's fabulous opera soprano, Dame Nellie Melba. Today, this beautiful venue brings people together for many diverse events including circus, cabaret, comedy, theatre, live music, festivals and much more.
Recent performances have included Missy Higgins, Uncle Jack Charles, Lawrence Leung and Green Room Award winner YUMMY.
